DOUG NOLAN

Doug has an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Cleveland State University. He was a four time varsity letterman in Division I Baseball. He currently serves on the Alumni Board at CSU's College of Business.
He started Key Search in 1996 after 5 years as a Financial Analyst in private industry.
JANET MCKEE

Janet has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology & Psychology from Capital University and has completed three years of graduate studies in Adult Training & Development at Massey University in New Zealand.
She has over fifteen years experience in Human Resources. As a Human Resource Manager with GE Lighting, she had responsibilities as a generalist, a lead recruiter and trainer. Her work earned her numerous management awards.
Prior to GE, Janet was a training consultant in the health care field in the Cleveland area, after spending six years in New Zealand. As the Training Manager for the National Library of New Zealand, she designed & delivered workshops throughout New Zealand.
